Eco Recycling Limited has entered into a Warrant Subscription Agreement and Advertisement Agreement with Bennett Coleman & Co. ltd, having registered office at The Times of India Building, Dr. D.N. Road, Mumbai 400 001 and having its corporate office at Times House, 7, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi, 110103 on April 15, 2011.
In an Extra Ordinary general Meeting of the members of the Company held on March 05, 2011, the Company has decided to allot 8,00,000 convertible equity warrants to Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited.
As on April 15, 2011, Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited holds 6,00,000 equity shares in Eco Recycling Limited.
As on April 15, 2011 no appointment of Nominee has been made in the Company by Bennett Coleman & Company Limited nor there is any conflict of interest arising out of such agreements. |
